VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation temperature limited to 32°C temperature control fermentation pumping-optimized, maceration of three weeks while maintaining the wine at 25°C; malolactic fermentation.

Between 40 and 55 hl/ha depending on the nature

Young garnet. Charming nose of tangy blackberry, blackcurrant and redcurrant with a toast note, cacao and mild spices. The palate is supple and dense with good concentration, fine tannins and exquisite aromas. Refined and elegant.
