A near Pauillac and Saint Julien, in the municipality of Saint Laurent, perfect rump Garonne gravel for drainage.

VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation temperature limited to 32°C temperature control fermentation pumping-optimized, maceration of three weeks while maintaining the wine at 25°C; malolactic fermentation.
YIELD
Between 40 and 55 hl/ha depending on the nature

NOTE 87/100
Dark ruby red colour, purple reflections. Nose of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), peppery hints. Attack in the mouth powerful, rich, with woody accents. Tannins present and not yet fully integrated. Notes of liquorice and purple on the finish.
